About this event

Already in its 9th highly successful edition, the Green Shipping Summit 2025 is a premier two-day event dedicated to advancing sustainable maritime practices. The summit unites key stakeholders from the maritime industry, including shipping companies, ports, policy regulators, major industry suppliers, and technology providers, to address critical issues in green shipping.

This year’s summit will focus on evaluating new decarbonization strategies and regulations, exploring the latest advancements in shipping fuel alternatives, and discussing innovative approaches for financing the green transition. Attendees will gain insights into health and safety measures for handling new fuels and practical tools for enhancing decarbonization across the supply chain. The event will also highlight transformative strategies for sustainable and smart port operations, and the role of digitalization in boosting further decarbonization.

The summit's format includes panel discussions, breakout sessions, and workshops, all designed to provide a nuanced and actionable understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the green shipping sector. Building on the success of previous editions, the 2025 conference aims to set new benchmarks in collaborative problem-solving and industry alignment, offering a holistic roadmap for achieving decarbonization across the maritime sector.
